As I am elderly, I appreciated not having to climb stairs!!

Having to step up to use the bathroom. Being elderly I would have appreciated a handle, or some support, at the doorway to the bathroom.

The room had a horrendous smell upon arrival and was left dirty with unmade beds, just lovely. Experiencing no tv remote was quite an inconvenience. I must say, a little complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice considering the hassle. I almost considered a good review but just couldn't. Complete nightmare of an experience.
